Good for keeping an eye on things

I got the Hup Smart Camera a few weeks ago, mostly to see if it could help me keep the living room tidier. It's pretty neat how it picks up on things being out of place. Setup was straightforward, and it really does send alerts to my phone. Made it easier to remember to put stuff away. Delivery took about 5 days to reach me in California.

Detailed Hup camera experience

I ordered the Hup Smart Camera along with a Hup Charging Cable from their website. The ordering process was smooth, and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. Shipping took six days to arrive in New York, which was within the estimated timeframe. The camera came well-packaged with clear instructions. Setting up the device was intuitive; I just followed the steps in the app. The AI Home Assistant works well for identifying items out of place, and the Safety Monitoring Camera feature gives me peace of mind when I'm not home. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't comment on that, but the product itself feels solid and performs as advertised. The subscription plan is an added cost, but it does unlock more features.

Decent smart camera, few quirks

I bought the Hup Smart Camera and the Hup Power Adapter. The camera itself is pretty good, does what it says with the mess detection and habit tracking. The picture quality is clear, and the app is easy enough to navigate. My one small gripe is that the Voice Mode Assistant sometimes struggles to understand my commands if there's background noise. It's not a deal-breaker, but it could be improved. Delivery was on time, and packaging was secure.

Absolutely love my Hup camera!

Oh my goodness, I just got my Hup Smart Camera and it's amazing! The AI Task Creator is genius, it's actually helping me get more organized. The mess detection system is spot on and the context alerts are super helpful. I'm telling all my friends about Hup, it's a total game changer. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Consistent quality from Hup

This isn't my first purchase from Hup. I previously bought a camera for my office, and this time I got another one for the living room, specifically for the Mess Detection System. What I appreciate is the consistency; the setup process was just as easy this time, and the performance is reliable. The adaptive learning camera features have also seen some nice improvements since my last purchase, making the alerts even more relevant. It's why I keep coming back.

Camera works well

Got the Hup camera. Setup was simple. Detects messes. Alerts sent to my phone. Good product. Fast shipping.
